1. final sale: all orders are final. Returns and exchanges are excluded. We do not offer refunds or credits for products purchased.

2. quality and satisfaction: We place a very high value on your satisfaction. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us immediately at info@ecco-clean.com and we will do our best to help you.

3. exceptions: This policy does not apply to damaged or faulty products. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods so that we can work together to find a solution.
